WaterStop® Technology

All Live Outdoor products come equipped with our patent-pending WaterStop® technology, which provides enhanced protection against the elements. The WaterStop® fitting shields your fire pit’s electronics and valve systems from water and debris while maintaining excellent flame performance. It also keeps the gas supply line dry and allows the CrossFire® brass burner to self-purge any water from the manifold when lit. This ensures that your fire pit performs flawlessly, no matter the weather.

CERTIFICATIONS & COMPLIANCE

Because we take quality and safety so seriously, all of our fire features are ANSI and CSA certified. Certified fire features are required to meet rigorous safety and performance standards, meaning you can rest assured that you are buying a safe and high-quality fire feature.

Additionally, many local regulations and building codes require fire features to be certified. Finally, if a non-certified fire feature malfunctions and causes damage, many insurance companies will deny the claim on the basis that the fire feature was not certified.
