Policy
Live Outdoor, LLC (the “Company,” "we,” or “our”) is the owner of the entire right, title, and
interest in and to all trademarks, including all trademarks registered in the US and abroad and all
unregistered trademarks commercially used as trademarks in the US and abroad, for use with the
Company’s products (“Company Products”) and packaging and advertising thereof (collectively,
the “Trademarks”).
If granted permission to use the Trademarks, you must always follow this Trademark Policy. If we
provide you additional written requirements (size, typeface, colors, etc.) at the time of our
permission, you must implement them before using our Trademarks. If we provide these
requirements after we initially gave our permission, you must implement them within a
commercially reasonable timeframe.
You may use the Trademarks to refer to the Company Products, but only if you follow these
guidelines and your use is accurate, fair and not misleading. The Company exclusively owns any
goodwill generated by the use of the Trademarks.
YOU MUST:
• Follow the terms and conditions of any and all agreements concerning any Company
Products or the Trademarks (“Agreements”).
• Use the Trademarks only as an adjective, never as a noun or verb, and never in the plural
or possessive form.
• Never use the Trademarks as a generic term for the product category.
• Before commercially using a Trademark, submit a sample and receive approval from the
Company as to the quality thereof, the proper use of the Trademark, and compliance with
other terms and conditions of this Trademark Policy and any Agreement.
PROHIBITED USES OF THE TRADEMARKS
• Do not remove, distort, or alter any element of the Company’s trademarks or branding.
• Do not shorten, abbreviate, or create acronyms out of the Trademarks.
• Do not use the Trademarks more prominently than your own trademarks, name, trade
name, product name, service name, or other name. You should distinguish these names
visually from any of the Trademarks.
• Do not use the Trademarks in any manner that expresses or implies the Company has any
affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, certification, or approval of your product, service, or
company, unless specifically authorized in writing by the Company.
• Do not use any language or display the Trademarks in such a way as to create the
impression that the Trademarks are your property.
• Do not display or use any of the Trademarks in a manner that in the Company’s sole
discretion is misleading, unfair, defamatory, infringing, libelous, disparaging, obscene, or
otherwise objectionable to the Company.
• Do not display or use the Trademarks in any way that violates any law or regulation.
• Do not use the Trademarks in false or misleading advertising.
• Do not incorporate the Trademarks into your own product name, service names,
trademarks, logos, or company names• Do not adopt marks, logos, slogans, or designs that are confusingly similar to the
interest in and to all trademarks, including all trademarks registered in the US and abroad and all
unregistered trademarks commercially used as trademarks in the US and abroad, for use with the
Company’s products (“Company Products”) and packaging and advertising thereof (collectively,
the “Trademarks”).

profiles, or aliases.
• Do not register the Trademarks as, or use them in, any domain name or website.
• Do not use the Trademarks in a way that suggests a common, descriptive, or generic
meaning.
• Do not use the registration symbol (®) in connection with trademarks in countries where
our marks have not been registered.
TRADEMARKS
• Do not copy or imitate the Company’s trade dress, including the look and feel of the
Company’s web design properties or the Company’s brand elements, distinctive color
combinations, typography, graphic designs, product icons, or imagery.
• Do not use or register the Trademarks as, or incorporate in, social media account names,
profiles, or aliases.
• Do not register the Trademarks as, or use them in, any domain name or website.
• Do not use the Trademarks in a way that suggests a common, descriptive, or generic
meaning.
• Do not use the registration symbol (®) in connection with trademarks in countries where
our marks have not been registered.

product name, service name, or any other name from this list does not waive the Company’s
intellectual property rights.
