Live Outdoor Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive additional notifications when your order has processed and when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free shipping to the continental United States on orders of $100 or more. For all orders under $100 or shipping to Hawaii, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders shipping to the continental United States have an estimated delivery time of 4 to 6 business days from the time of order processing. Delivery times for orders shipping to Hawaii will vary and are estimated between 6 to 12 business days from the time of order processing.
We offer international shipping to Canada and Mexico. Shipping charges for your international order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, and all orders shipping internationally have an estimated delivery time of 8 to 12 business days.
Your international order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Any such charges are your responsibility as the customer, and Live Outdoor is not responsible for such charges.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We are unable to process orders with an APO, FPO, or P.O. Box as a shipping address. Please provide a valid street address for your shipping address.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided that the items are returned in the original packaging and in like-new condition.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
